It's At Big Lots For a Reason
For the second week in a row, I'm fighting a cold; it will not let go of me. So this will be a short post.
We picked up a swing for The Squeaker at Big Lots the other day. Normally, I would not buy moving equipment for my child from a irregular and overrun store.
But this was an Evenflow!
Sure, it's made in China like everything else, but I'm sure it's a high dollar section of China.
Anyway, we get it home, put it together, and set her in it.
I then discovered why it was at Big Lots. The speed dial doesn't affect the speed; rather, it controls the distance the arc of the swing travels. The speed stays the same.
And it's fast.
Fortunately she has yet to throw up in it and seems to enjoy it.
Although I suspect that it was originally designed for NASA to test how well babies can handle centripetal force.
