WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS!
Okay, not used babies, but used baby things. There are literally dozens of used baby-stuff stores in the Mile High city. They carry everything from clothes to toys to furniture. Everything you need for those two newbies.
I generally like thrift stores, although I find the kids stuff a little too loved.
Better than both of those (in my opinion) is Craigslist.com. You can get anything on Craigslist.com, and I do mean anything.
My mother-in-law, affectionately known here as The General, is a big fan of garage sales, rummage sales, and church sales. In fact, she worked her church’s rummage sale just so she could get first dibs on stuff for us. She found a Snap’n Go twins stroller, with two car seats and two bases. Now we just need two more bases. (Plus all things not stroller.)
I think she’s more excited about the twins than we are. All right, almost as excited.
I don’t think anybody could be as excited as I am.

I used that same stroller for my twins and I was so sad when they outgrew their infant seats. We had to upgrade to a regular double stroller.
That stroller is the difference between getting in and out of the car in a snap instead of taking 15 minutes! You'll love it.
Another quick tip for you. Look online for a FreeCycle group in your area. It's an e-mail list where people who are getting rid of good things can list the item and you can pick it up from them. I use it all the time, both to clean out the old and to get things for my kids that we just wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. It isn't just kid stuff either. Pretty much anything you could need gets listed and, if it's not, you can ask if someone has one they don't need.
Good luck!
ok now I'm curious what that link leads to...PLEASE fix it so I can find out what awful things you CAN get on Craigslist...
